Designed by Zaha Hadid Architects, the ‘Dominion Office Building’ is among the first realized structures to be built for Moscow’s emerging Yuzhnoportovy district. Located the summit plateau of Plan de Corones in the Italian Alps, the sixth and final museum dedicated to the career of Reinhold Messner has been been completed by Zaha Hadid Architects. Named ‘MMM Corones’, the institution, which is now open to the public, explores the discipline of mountain climbing through a unique collection of photographs and various items collected by Messner during his lifetime as an explorer. On saturday, september 28th, the serpentine sackler gallery designed by zaha hadid will open to the public. the renovation project has seen the transformation of the magazine, a former 1805 gunpowder store positioned a short 7-minute walk from the serpentine gallery, on the north side of the serpentine bridge.
